Real Southern BBQ is as old as the Americas, as rich and diverse as the people and regions where it is cooked. It involves the time honored traditions of cooking tough or fatty cuts of meat indirectly over wood and charcoal for long periods of time at low temperatures to create tender and moist taste sensations.
For your private party choose from 18 hour slow cooked pulled pork, beef brisket or maybe ribs and chicken. Add sides of pit baked beans, coleslaw, potatoe or caesar salad, buns and all the fixins and your guests will be happy, happy!
